Gas heating
We specialise in gas heating installations, maintenance and services. We can install, service and repair your boiler. We offer free quotations at competitive prices, and work with you to decide on a boiler that fits your needs and provide long lasting warranties. We also send out service reminders to make sure your boiler is looked after for years to come.
Landlord Certificates
All landlords must have a landlord certificate before renting out a property. This usually includes an inspection of your gas meter, pipework and appliances. We issue the certificate along with a note of when it's next due.

Legionella Risk Assessments
All water systems require a legionella risk assessment. The disease is spread by infected water droplets - in the most common case through water systems or air conditioning.
